I just got the new iPhone 14 promax and I’m having a bunch of issues with the Wi-Fi and every time I am in Facebook or in any type of app kicking me out and then telling me I don’t have any service
In the last week, I’ve already got booted out twice and had to black screens
Just now something weird happened and the screen went blue with white lines on it
I’m gonna go to a AT&T, but I don’t know what else to do

The switch top left side is tripping automatically
So many times I am not able to hear ringing.

My iPhone 14, keeps kicking me out of every app I try to go in. The screen goes Black then kicks me out. It will not let me open any of my apps. I went to the closest Verizon store and was told I needed to have my iPhone put back to factory but I would lose everything I had on my phone. I have not done that and I’m not going to. I’m very disappointed in this phone and the lack of help I received at the Verizon store.
